Simple tool to help stay fit
This exercise band is a purple Thermoplastic Elastomer, 60 inches long, and about 5 inches wide. It has light – medium resistance and is very easy to work with. I find it most useful for stretching. It really helps my stability as I push into a stretch, and I appreciate that. It is not slippery and is easy to hang on to, but it does get a little staticky, which is to be expected from a stretchy plastic. Being plastic, though, it is very easy to clean, and wiping it with a damp cloth will also dampen the static. It is not a closed loop, but is a length of material that can be used in a variety of ways. Although it is quite thin, it feels durable. I guess time will tell how long it will last. For now, I am enjoying the benefit it offers and am glad to have it.

I am getting a good workout with this resistance band and will soon move up to the next resistance level. I love this so much. Also contains NO LATEX for those with serious allergies.     It is definitely exactly what it says it is. I love it. One thing I’m not a fan of is that it is super staticky, like, more than if you rub a balloon on your head. I think this maybe obvious, but I just didn’t think about that when I bought it and it’s not a huge deal, but I still wanted to write it here for future buyers!
