How To Use:
Step 1: Disconnect the power supply of the treadmill and clean the treadmill to ensure that there is no dirt on the running belt and running board.
Step 2: Connect the catheter and syringe, remove the protective cap, place the catheter into the bottle and extract 5-10ml of lubricant for treadmill.
Step 3: Pull up one side of the crawler track, bring the tube to the center, and slowly squeeze out the silicone treadmill oil.
Step 4: Turn on the treadmill and adjust it to low speed, and walk purposefully for 3-5 minutes so that the treadmill lube is evenly covered between the tracks and the rollers.
